When our office subscribed to a fax to email service, we were really very optimistic. Imagine, we no longer have to put up with the fax machine jamming or not transmitting properly. And, after a week of using the service, we noticed that there was lesser paper clutter. I believe that with the old fax machine, we didn’t have the control as to which faxes we would receive or not. However, with the service, we actually got to print the faxes that were important. So we no longer have to deal with advertisers that fax us their promos and products. So now, we have less clutter at the office.
If businesses have problems with their paper clutter, for sure they would be able to go paperless with fax email technology.
