I Think Only Website Redesign Can Fix This

I have finally decided to tell my boss that he is going to have to hire someone to do a complete website redesign. Our company website is just awful. Honestly, it is the one of the worst that I have ever seen. It is just way too much for me to take care of. There is no way that I am going to be able to fix all of the problems that are going on with this horrible website right now.
