I Used the White Pages Background Check to Hire a Nanny

December 13th, 2011

Being new parents, my husband and I were really concerned about hiring the right nanny for our twin boys. They are now four months old and getting into a really good routine. Unfortunately, I need to go back to work so a full time nanny will be in our home helping out. I interviewed four women and did a full White pages background check on each of them. I am glad that I did because it provided me with pertinent information to help me choose the right one.

the election of nanny can be really risky but a there are a few sites giving the better options, and we need to use the white pages background.

This is really neat. You can't just leave your kids with anyone these days and to have a tool to let you check up on them is amazing! Good work!

In these instances, individuals who search through online directories are wasting their time. A much better option is public record research directory.

Yeah we've been in the same boat about hiring a nanny, you really do need to do a background check so I know where you're comming from. You never know these days with how the word is. I'll keep this in mind next time we need a nanny.

Good idea… If you every hire someone to watch your children, you must research carefully. This is serious business. You don't want to get someone that has minimal experience or who is not careful with your children. A nanny can ease the load, though.

That is pretty innovate. In health care, we need to be able to screen chiropractic employees as they are working directly with the public.
